“Why should I keep you alive? You might as well die!” The Lord of the Underworld shouted angrily at Louis.

Louis trembled all over, lowering his head even further until he was almost pressed against the ground.

“Lord of the Underworld! It’s my fault! I misjudged the situation! I truly didn’t expect these humans to become so formidable all of a sudden! It was completely beyond my expectations! Please give me just one more chance! I swear I will annihilate humanity completely! I beg you, grant me one more opportunity!” Louis raised his face to look at the Lord of the Underworld, his eyes filled with pleading and hope.

“Withdraw! No tricks!” The Lord of the Underworld closed his eyes and spoke slowly.

“As you command! Spare me, Lord of the Underworld!” Louis retreated slowly and only breathed a sigh of relief once outside the laboratory door.
